This is a easy way to get a Kangaskhan. to get him, first talk to the guy in Veridian city that shows you how to catch a Pokemon, then fly to Cinnabar Island, surf to the right side of the island and surf up and down so it looks like your half way on land. then you find should find a Pokemon named MissingNo at level zero. then use a rare candy on it and it will evolve into Kangaskhan.
